Two-team pipeline

  • Bravo Team ships public projects and grows talent through real production work.
  • Alpha Team tackles “break the ceiling” projects — the ones that need veteran execution.
  • Clear chain-of-command so problems get solved fast (and decisions stay consistent).

  • Dynamic entity AI (pathing, objectives, attack patterns).
  • Inventory/data-driven gameplay systems using JSON + JavaScript.
  • Spatial math (vector2/vector3) for particles, spawns, conditions, and world interaction.
  • Custom blocks/items with specialized components and behaviors.

Training, documentation, and consistency

We keep projects organized in GitHub, coordinate directors across art/marketing/build/programming, and use AI-based training programs to teach JSON, JavaScript, and the Bedrock API so the team can keep moving even when leadership is offline.
