Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using https://omni-sciencecom.com, https://www.omni-sciencecom.com, Omni-Science tools, account features, communities, custom services, software utilities, paid access tiers, or any related service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The Omni-Science website and official web platform are hosted only at https://omni-sciencecom.com and https://www.omni-sciencecom.com. GitHub may be used for customer-owned file/source storage and repository collaboration, while Cloudflare Pages is used for production hosting when Omni-Science provides purchased website hosting. 2. Who We Are Omni-Science provides creator tools, web development services, Minecraft Bedrock tools and services, games, automation, media/document utilities, community features, server tools, and related software/services. 3. Eligibility Free tools may be used by users who have any required parent or guardian permission. Paid services, subscriptions, custom website projects, and other purchases are available only to users who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction or who have a legally authorized parent/guardian or business representative involved. 4. Services Overview Omni-Science Services may include: Custom website design and development. Customer-owned GitHub repository setup for website file/source storage and version control. Cloudflare Pages deployment for production website hosting when selected for purchased websites. Minecraft Bedrock addon development, structure/content tools, recipe tools, wiki/documentation tools, server dashboards, and testing services. Creator tools such as Omni-Pix, Omni-Codespace, Omni-Text Editor, Omni-Convert To Text, Omni-Converter, Omni-PDF Editor, Omni-QR, Omni-Graph, Omni-Obfuscator, thumbnail/media tools, AI/automation tools, and related utilities. Games, employee tools, beta tools, local-only tools, browser-only tools, community integrations, Discord features, and experimental systems. 5. Website Development, Ownership, Storage, and Hosting Payment: Website packages and custom services are provided for the prices, milestones, and scope shown at checkout, in an invoice, or in a written agreement. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another listed provider. Ownership after payment: After full payment, the customer owns the website code and customer-specific assets created specifically for that customer, subject to third-party licenses, open-source licenses, stock asset licenses, platform terms, and any written project terms. GitHub for file/source storage: GitHub may be used as the customer-owned repository and version-control system for website files, source code, revisions, and project handoff. The customer is responsible for their GitHub account and repository access. Cloudflare Pages for hosting: For purchased websites, Cloudflare Pages may be used as the production hosting platform. This keeps GitHub as the file/source storage system and avoids using GitHub Pages as the public host for business, e-commerce, or SaaS websites. Selling goods or services: If your website sells goods, services, digital products, bookings, subscriptions, or any other commercial offering, the site may connect to approved commerce/payment providers. You are responsible for product legality, taxes, refunds, fulfillment, chargebacks, consumer disclosures, privacy obligations, and compliance with the terms of every payment, storefront, shipping, tax, email, analytics, or third-party provider you use. Hosting limitations: Omni-Science does not guarantee that any free or third-party hosting tier will remain free, unlimited, or unchanged. Cloudflare, GitHub, domain registrars, payment providers, and other third parties may change limits, pricing, features, or enforcement policies. 6. Accounts and Security Some Services require an account. You are responsible for your login credentials, device security, browser profile, GitHub account, Cloudflare account, payment account, and all activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. 7. User Content You retain ownership of files, code, text, art, documents, media, Minecraft assets, messages, prompts, exports, and other content you create, upload, or process through the Services ("User Content"). You grant Omni-Science a limited license to use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services or complete the work you request. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is lawful, non-infringing, and permitted by any third-party platform terms that apply. 8. Local Storage and Backups Many tools run in your browser and may store data locally using localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage, or file downloads. Local-only data can be lost if your browser data is cleared, your device fails, storage limits are hit, private browsing is used, or a tool/browser error occurs. Export and back up important work. 9. Minecraft Services and Creator Platform Rules Omni-Science is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Minecraft, Blockbench, bridge., Snowstorm, or similar third-party tools unless explicitly stated. You agree not to use Minecraft or creator tools to create malware, stolen content, exploit packs, harassment systems, content that violates platform rules, or unlawful material. We may refuse NSFW, hateful, discriminatory, abusive, exploitative, or legally risky requests. 10. Community, Server, and Discord Features If you use site features that send messages or actions to a Minecraft server, Discord server, webhook, community tool, or public channel, your submitted content may be visible to others. Do not submit spam, harassment, hate speech, personal information, malicious commands, threats, or unlawful content. 11. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: Use the Services for illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity. Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, repositories, servers, databases, tools, APIs, dashboards, Discord systems, Minecraft servers, payment systems, or Cloudflare/GitHub infrastructure. Bypass login gates, timers, subscription checks, employee-only restrictions, usage limits, or security controls. Upload or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, credential stealers, exploit code, or harmful files. Use Omni-Obfuscator or any tool to hide malicious behavior or distribute harmful code. Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person or group. Interfere with service performance, integrity, security, or availability. Violate the terms of GitHub, Cloudflare, Stripe, Discord, Microsoft/Mojang, Firebase/Google, or any third-party service connected to your use of Omni-Science. 12. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds Payments may be processed by Stripe or another listed provider. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the checkout terms. You are responsible for accurate billing information and any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase. SaaS/tool access fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted unless required by law. Custom service refunds depend on the written scope, project milestones, invoice terms, work already performed, and applicable law. 13. Third-Party Services The Services may link to, integrate with, export to, or rely on third-party services including Firebase/Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, GitHub, Discord, Microsoft/Mojang, Blockbench, bridge., Snowstorm, Google AI infrastructure, AI providers, analytics providers, domain registrars, payment processors, storefront tools, and other platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Omni-Science is not responsible for third-party downtime, restrictions, enforcement, data loss, fees, payment holds, policy changes, or security incidents outside our control. Omni-Bot AI processing: When you use Omni-Bot for chat, explanations, coding help, document editing, image generation or editing, video generation or editing, or similar AI-assisted work, you authorize Omni-Science to transmit the content required for that request to Google's AI infrastructure for processing and response generation. This may include your prompt, selected text, uploaded or referenced content, visible page/tool context, generated outputs, and request metadata. You are responsible for not submitting confidential, regulated, illegal, infringing, or sensitive content unless you have the right and authority to have it processed by Google AI infrastructure. 14. Intellectual Property Omni-Science owns its name, logos, designs, website, software, interfaces, workflows, documentation, tools, and original content, except for User Content and third-party materials. You may not copy, resell, rehost, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute Omni-Science tools or private code except as expressly allowed in writing or by applicable law. 15. Disclaimers THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." OMNI-SCIENCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, LOSSLESS, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE. Tool outputs, conversions, AI outputs, code suggestions, Minecraft exports, media edits, obfuscation, PDF edits, website previews, and generated content may require review and testing before use in production. 16. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNI-SCIENCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, FILES, CONTENT, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNI-SCIENCE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OMNI-SCIENCE FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU paid nothing for the applicable Service. 17. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omni-Science from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your violation of third-party terms, or your infringement of another party's rights. 18. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, misuse tools, threaten security, or cause legal/platform compliance concerns. You may stop using the Services at any time. 19. Governing Law and Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Legal proceedings will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas unless applicable law requires a different venue. 20. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date above identifies the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. 21.
