Notice to California Residents (CCPA/CPRA) Effective Date: May 6, 2026 Official Website Domains: The Omni-Science website and official web platform are hosted only at https://omni-sciencecom.com and https://www.omni-sciencecom.com. GitHub may be used for customer-owned file/source storage and repository collaboration, but Cloudflare Pages is used for production hosting when Omni-Science provides purchased website hosting. This Notice to California Residents supplements the Omni-Science Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It describes how Omni-Science collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"). 1. Personal Information We May Collect In the last twelve months, Omni-Science may have collected the following categories of personal information: A. Identifiers: name, username, email address, account ID, IP address, device identifiers, payment/customer IDs, GitHub username, Discord username, and similar identifiers. B. California Customer Records information: name, billing contact information, payment-related information processed by Stripe, project contact details, customer account details, and service records. C. Protected classification information: we do not intentionally request protected classification information for ordinary tool use. Some information may be provided voluntarily if included in customer project content, support messages, community messages, or uploaded files. D. Commercial information: services purchased, subscriptions, transaction records, invoices, refunds, customer project history, products or services considered, and related support history. E. Internet or network activity: pages viewed, tools opened, feature usage, time limits, access logs, device/browser data, referral data, diagnostics, crash data, and interactions with Omni-Science website features. F. Geolocation data: approximate location inferred from IP address, such as city, region, or country. We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location for standard website/tool use. G. Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information: images, videos, audio, voice, screenshots, files, or other content you choose to upload, process, send, or provide through Omni-Science tools or services. H. Professional or employment-related information: business name, role, project requirements, brand materials, and service details you provide for custom website, consulting, game testing, or development work. I. Inferences: preferences, tool usage patterns, likely service interests, and account status derived from your use of the Services. J. Sensitive personal information: account login credentials, payment account information handled by payment providers, precise account authentication data, private repository access details, and the content of private communications or files when you choose to provide them. Omni-Science uses sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Services, complete transactions, prevent fraud, comply with law, or fulfill your requested services. 2. Sources of Personal Information We may collect personal information from you, your browser or device, account/login providers, payment processors, GitHub, Cloudflare, Discord, customer project collaborators, service providers, public sources, and other third parties you choose to connect or use with our Services. 3. Business and Commercial Purposes We collect and use personal information to: Provide, operate, improve, debug, and secure the Services. Manage accounts, authentication, subscriptions, access tiers, and tool-time limits. Process payments, invoices, taxes, fraud checks, refunds, and support requests. Deliver custom website, Minecraft, automation, creator, testing, and consulting services. Use GitHub for customer website file/source storage and Cloudflare Pages for website hosting when selected. Process files and content through browser-based tools, exports, previews, local storage, server features, and integrations. Communicate with you, respond to support requests, send service notices, and enforce our agreements. Detect and prevent spam, abuse, malware, unauthorized access, illegal conduct, and security incidents. Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect rights and safety. 4. Disclosure of Personal Information In the last twelve months, we may have disclosed the categories listed above to service providers, contractors, or third parties for business purposes. These may include Firebase/Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, GitHub, Discord, email providers, security providers, analytics/diagnostic providers, and other vendors needed to provide the Services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a business transfer, or with your direction or consent. 5. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising Omni-Science does not sell personal information. Omni-Science does not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide required opt-out mechanisms. 6. Retention We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, complete transactions, comply with legal/tax/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, secure the Services, preserve backups, and enforce agreements. Browser-local tool data remains on your device until you delete it or clear browser storage. 7.
