Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement Last Updated: May 6, 2026 This Software as a Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Omni-Science ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or entity accessing Omni-Science software tools, account features, paid access tiers, subscriptions, or hosted creator utilities ("Customer," "User," or "you"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Agreement. This Agreement applies to Omni-Science software and hosted tools, including but not limited to Omni-Pix, Omni-Codespace, Omni-Text Editor, Omni-Convert To Text, Omni-Converter, Omni-PDF Editor, Omni-QR, Omni-Graph, Omni-Obfuscator, Minecraft Bedrock tools, server tools, games, dashboards, AI/automation tools, and any Omni-Pass or premium tool access tier. The official Omni-Science website and web platform are hosted only at https://omni-sciencecom.com and https://www.omni-sciencecom.com. GitHub may be used for customer-owned file/source storage and repository collaboration, but Cloudflare Pages is used for production hosting when Omni-Science provides purchased website hosting. 1. Access and License Subject to this Agreement, Omni-Science grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal, educational, creator, or internal business purposes. You do not receive ownership of Omni-Science software, source code, interface designs, systems, trademarks, branding, documentation, or infrastructure. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Omni-Science. 2. Eligibility Free tools: If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use free tools only with any required parent or guardian permission. Paid access and subscriptions: You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have a legally authorized parent/guardian or business representative involved, to buy paid services, subscribe to Omni-Pass, or enter into a paid contract. 3. Accounts, Access Tiers, and Tool Limits Some Services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Omni-Science may offer free access, guest access, daily time limits, Omni-Pass access, employee-only tools, private tools, beta tools, or other access tiers. Access rules may differ by tool and may change over time. You may not bypass timers, subscription checks, employee gates, authentication requirements, API limits, security checks, or other access controls. 4. User Content "User Content" means files, code, text, images, audio, video, pixel art, PDFs, Minecraft files, project data, documents, messages, prompts, exports, settings, or other content that you upload, create, edit, process, store, or transmit through the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Omni-Science a limited license to host, store, copy, display, transmit, process, convert, export, cache, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services or complete the specific task you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and process your User Content through the Services. 5. Local Processing and Browser Storage Many Services process files directly in your browser. Browser-local projects, drafts, preferences, undo history, exports, cached files, IndexedDB data, localStorage data, and sessionStorage data may remain on your device until you delete them or clear browser storage. Omni-Science is not responsible for loss of local-only data caused by browser clearing, private browsing, device failure, storage quota limits, software bugs, or user action. You should export or back up important work. 6. Server-Backed Features and Integrations Some Services may use server-backed features, including authentication, payments, time tracking, contact forms, support, Discord integrations, Minecraft server integrations, Cloudflare functions/storage, GitHub repository workflows, AI/automation APIs, analytics, or diagnostic logging. When you choose to use a server-backed or third-party feature, relevant data may be transmitted to Omni-Science systems or third-party providers as needed for that feature. 7. Website Project Storage and Hosting For custom website projects, Omni-Science may use GitHub as the customer-owned file/source storage and version-control location. GitHub may contain the website source code, assets, revision history, and collaboration records. For production hosting of purchased websites, Omni-Science may deploy the finished website to Cloudflare Pages or another agreed hosting provider. This is intended to keep GitHub as a repository/storage system rather than using GitHub Pages as the customer's business, e-commerce, or SaaS hosting platform. If your website sells goods or services, processes orders, collects leads, embeds checkout, or connects to storefront systems, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the terms of all payment, commerce, fulfillment, shipping, tax, and third-party providers used by your website. 8. Minecraft and Creator Ecosystem Services Minecraft-related tools and services may create, edit, analyze, or export add-ons, resource packs, behavior packs, structures, recipes, textures, documentation, scripts, or server-support files. Omni-Science is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Minecraft, Blockbench, bridge., Snowstorm, or similar third-party tools unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for complying with the rules, licenses, and terms of the platforms you use. You may not use Omni-Science tools to create malware, griefing systems, exploit packs, stolen content, infringing content, hate content, NSFW content requested in violation of our service rules, or other unlawful material. 9. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: Use the Services for illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes. Upload or distribute malware, spyware, credential stealers, ransomware, exploit code, or harmful files. Use Omni-Obfuscator or any tool to hide malicious behavior, evade detection, or distribute harmful code. Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disable, or bypass the Services except where law expressly permits. Interfere with other users, servers, communities, Discord channels, Minecraft servers, payment systems, or infrastructure. Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or submit false billing/account information. Use the Services to violate GitHub, Cloudflare, Stripe, Discord, Microsoft/Mojang, or other third-party platform terms. 10. Payment Terms Paid access, subscriptions, Omni-Pass, and custom services may be billed through Stripe or another listed payment provider. Prices, features, limits, renewal periods, and cancellation terms may be shown at checkout or in the applicable service description. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, SaaS/tool access fees are not refundable once access has been granted. Custom project refunds, milestones, revisions, and deliverables are handled according to the applicable written project agreement or invoice terms. 11. Availability and Changes The Services may be updated, interrupted, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Beta, employee-only, experimental, local-only, browser-only, AI, conversion, media, game, and Minecraft features may fail, lose data, produce inaccurate output, or change without notice. We may modify features, access tiers, tool limits, pricing, integrations, and technical requirements as needed to improve the Services, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to third-party platform changes. 12. Intellectual Property Omni-Science owns the Services, including software, interfaces, workflows, designs, branding, logos, text, documentation, and systems, except for User Content and third-party materials. Custom website clients receive ownership of specifically commissioned website code and assets only after full payment, subject to any third-party licenses, open-source licenses, platform terms, stock asset licenses, and written project terms. 13. Third-Party Services The Services may connect to or reference third-party services such as Firebase/Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, GitHub, Discord, Microsoft/Mojang, Blockbench, bridge., Snowstorm, AI providers, payment processors, analytics providers, and other integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Omni-Science is not responsible for third-party downtime, data loss, policy enforcement, payment holds, account restrictions, content removal, API changes, or security incidents outside our control. 14. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNI-SCIENCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION. 15. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNI-SCIENCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, FILES, CONTENT, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNI-SCIENCE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OMNI-SCIENCE FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU paid nothing for the applicable Service. 16. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omni-Science from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of law, your infringement of another party's rights, or your use of third-party platforms and integrations. 17. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate this Agreement, create risk for Omni-Science or others, fail to pay amounts due, misuse tools, threaten security, or cause legal/platform compliance concerns. You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion or cancellation may not automatically delete data held by third-party providers or browser-local data on your device. 18. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 19.
