Introduction Omni-Science ("Omni-Science," "we," "us," or "our") operates its official website and web platform only at https://omni-sciencecom.com and https://www.omni-sciencecom.com, together with the Omni-Science tools, community features, software utilities, website services, Minecraft services, and related offerings linked from those domains (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices you have. GitHub may be used for customer-owned file/source storage and repository collaboration, while Cloudflare Pages is used for production hosting when Omni-Science provides purchased website hosting. This policy is written to cover the full Omni-Science platform, including public website pages, creator tools, Minecraft Bedrock tools, server tools, games, account features, paid services, custom website projects, and any Omni-Pass or other paid access tier that may be offered. 2. Information We Collect A. Information you provide directly Account information: When you create or sign in to an account, we may collect your name, username, email address, authentication provider details, profile picture, and account preferences. Payment and billing information: Paid services and subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another listed payment provider. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on Omni-Science servers. The payment provider may process billing name, email, address, payment method details, transaction IDs, subscription status, invoices, tax information, fraud signals, and other payment data needed to complete the transaction. Project and service information: If you buy or request custom work, we may collect project requirements, business information you provide, brand assets, written copy, images, videos, product details, store/service details, GitHub usernames, repository access information, Cloudflare setup information, domain details, communication history, and other files or instructions needed to complete the work. Support and communications: If you contact us, join a community feature, send a message through the site, participate in testing, or request help, we may collect the content of your message and the contact details needed to respond. B. Information collected automatically Usage data: We may collect information about pages visited, tools opened, button clicks, feature usage, session timing, tool-time limits, referral data, approximate timestamps, and error logs. Device and technical data: We may collect browser type, operating system, device type, screen size, language, IP address, approximate region derived from IP address, network information, and diagnostic data. Cookies and browser storage: We may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage, and similar browser technologies for sign-in sessions, preferences, tool settings, drafts, locally saved projects, time limits, offline support, and performance. C. User content processed through tools Many Omni-Science tools are designed to process your content locally inside your browser. Depending on the tool, you may create, upload, edit, convert, export, or temporarily process text, code, images, pixel art, PDFs, audio/video files, Minecraft files, JSON files, structures, textures, recipes, QR data, graphs, notes, and other creator assets. For browser-only tools, the content may stay on your device unless you choose to export it, save it to browser storage, send it to another service, use a server-backed feature, or explicitly upload/share it. Some tools may use local browser storage so your projects or preferences persist between sessions. 3. How We Use Information We use information to: Provide, maintain, and improve the Services. Create and manage accounts, authentication, verification, password resets, access tiers, subscriptions, tool-time limits, and user preferences. Process payments, subscriptions, refunds, invoices, fraud prevention checks, and customer service requests. Deliver custom services such as websites, Minecraft addons, game testing, automation, content, and technical consulting. Deploy website projects using customer-owned GitHub repositories for file/source storage and Cloudflare Pages for hosting when that architecture is selected. Enable tool functionality, local project saving, exports, previews, collaboration, server dashboards, community integrations, and support features. Detect, prevent, and respond to spam, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our terms. Measure site and tool usage, diagnose crashes, improve performance, and decide what features to build or repair. Comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, and contractual obligations. 4. Data Processing vs. Data Harvesting Omni-Science distinguishes between processing your content to make a tool work and harvesting your content for unrelated purposes. Client-side tools: Tools such as Omni-Pix, Omni-Text Editor, Omni-Convert To Text, Omni-Converter, Omni-PDF Editor, Omni-QR, Omni-Graph, Omni-Obfuscator, Bedrock Asset Library, Structure Editor, Recipe Generator, Wiki Creator, texture tools, and similar utilities may process content inside your browser. We do not claim ownership of that content. Minecraft server and Discord integrations: If you use features that send messages or actions to an Omni-Science Minecraft server, Discord server, or community system, the content you submit may be transmitted to those systems so the feature can work and may be visible to other community participants. Proximity voice or peer-to-peer features: Voice or real-time connection tools may use signaling data to establish connections. We do not intentionally record voice content unless a separate notice says otherwise. AI or automation features: If you use Omni-Bot or another AI-powered feature, the prompts, instructions, files, selected text, tool/page context, generated outputs, and related metadata you submit may be processed through Google's AI infrastructure to generate responses, images, videos, edits, explanations, code help, or other requested outputs. Omni-Science routes these requests through Cloudflare Functions so private API credentials remain server-side, but the user content needed for the AI feature is sent to Google as the AI processor. Google's processing is governed by Google's applicable AI, API, security, and privacy terms. Do not submit content to Omni-Bot that you do not want processed by Google infrastructure. No sale of tool content: We do not sell the files, code, documents, art, or Minecraft projects you create in Omni-Science tools. 5. Third-Party Providers and Integrations We may share information with service providers and integrations only as needed to operate the Services, complete customer projects, or comply with law. These may include: Firebase or Google services for authentication, account features, email delivery, storage, analytics, security features, and Google AI infrastructure for Omni-Bot text, document, code, image, and video generation or editing requests. Stripe for payments, subscriptions, billing, receipts, invoices, refunds, fraud prevention, and tax/payment compliance. Cloudflare for website hosting, Pages deployment, routing, security, caching, analytics, serverless functions, storage, and related infrastructure. GitHub for customer-owned website file/source storage, repository collaboration, version control, deployment workflows, issue tracking, and project handoff. Discord for community chat, webhook notifications, server/community integrations, support workflows, or moderation. Microsoft, Mojang, Minecraft, Blockbench, bridge., Snowstorm, or other creator platforms when you choose to use tools or exports that interact with those ecosystems. Email, communication, analytics, security, backup, or error-monitoring providers that help us operate and protect the Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services once you choose to use them or send data to them. 6. Custom Website Projects, GitHub, and Cloudflare For purchased website services, Omni-Science may use GitHub as the customer-owned repository and file/source storage system. GitHub may store website code, assets, version history, issue history, commit metadata, and collaborator information. For production hosting, Omni-Science may deploy the website to Cloudflare Pages or another agreed hosting provider. Cloudflare may process hosting, routing, caching, build, deployment, request, security, analytics, and diagnostic data. If your website sells products or services, handles forms, links to payments, or uses storefront functionality, additional third-party providers such as Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, Square, form providers, email providers, or other commerce systems may process customer and transaction data under their own terms. 7. Legal Bases and Business Purposes Where required by law, we rely on one or more legal bases to process information, including performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, protection of rights and safety, and operation of services requested by you. Our business purposes include providing tools and services, account management, payments, security, debugging, analytics, customer support, internal research, quality improvement, legal compliance, and service communications. 8. Data Retention We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, tax/accounting records, service delivery, and backups. Browser-local data may remain on your device until you clear it through the tool, browser settings, or device storage controls. Customer project files may remain in GitHub, Cloudflare, local backups, or handoff archives until deleted according to the applicable account, contract, or platform controls. 9. Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet or storage system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, device, browser profile, GitHub account, Cloudflare account, payment account, and any files you choose to upload or share. 10. Your Choices and Rights Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sharing, sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. Omni-Science does not sell personal information, and we do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can request help with privacy rights by contacting us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. 11. Children and Minors We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Free tools may be used by younger users only with appropriate parent or guardian permission where required. Paid services, subscriptions, custom service contracts, and purchases are only for users who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction or who have a legally authorized parent/guardian involved. 12. International Users Omni-Science is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. 13.
